Gaea Festival is one of Greece’s premier outdoor alternative lifestyle, sustainable living, music and arts festivals. Promoting with a strong ethos of unity, the festival – whose name is derived from the Greek mythology story of the Gaea, the mother of all beings, is about connecting people from all walks of life throughout the world. At Gaea you’ll find people from all communities and demographics, joined together by a shared desire to celebrate life, to become one with body and soul and to learn and experience new things.
Running this event for the first time for four days over the last weekend of August 2012, we are hoping to attract people from all over Greece, Europe and the world. With our unique variety of music, workshops, activities, performance art, discussion panels, movie projections, market stalls and mouth-watering food on offer we promise you a quality event in all aspects.
Travelers and festival goers can expect to see over 100 talented artists across a multitude of music genres, including progressive trance , psytrance , chill out and ambient. Featuring some of the freshest acts from around the world alongside Greece’s finest talented artists.
